How do we get started?

Request a demo. We'll show you RECON on your own portfolio, agree which companies and tools to start with, and set up your workspace with you.

Can we read our companies' documents?

No. Portfolio owners and managers see summary dashboards: KPIs, milestones, goals, competitor signals, the current round and activity. Documents, conversations and the financial model stay private to each company.

Who owns a company's project?

The founder. The portfolio pays for it and sees its dashboards. If a company leaves the portfolio, its project stays with the founder on their own plan.

What if a founder already uses RECON?

They can bring their existing project into the portfolio when they accept the invitation. If they already pay for a plan, they keep what it includes as well.

Can we change a company's package later?

Yes, at any time. Edit a package and every company holding it changes with it, or move one company to another package.

What happens when the contract ends?

Companies keep their projects and everything in them, on their own plan. The portfolio's dashboards close.
